Problem
85% of charter bookings for Tahoe Blue Surf are currently done over the phone or in person, wasting the company’s time and resources.
Solution
Present information in a way that meets the expectations and needs of users, effectively demonstrating the actions they can take.

Responsive Website Redesign
Problem
The Johnston County utilities website is not efficient for current users. Usability issues include hard to understand navigation throughout the website, lack of consistency, and not meeting WCAG and ADA requirements.
Solution
Conducting a heuristic evaluation and analysis evaluating and analyzing the website from the journey of a first time homeowner, identifying usability issues. Presenting usability recommendations to help improve the Johnston County utilities website as well as helping the users finish their journeys end to end.


Mobile App
Problem
Many museum organizations lack a user-friendly system for smartphone-based check-ins and ticket purchases. Additionally, most of these organizations have websites that are outdated, unresponsive, and difficult to navigate.
Solution
A mobile app that allows users to easily check in and purchase tickets. implement the app to have a user-friendly interface and be optimized for mobile devices. This would not only provide a better user experience but also streamline the ticketing process and increase revenue.
